"Best Wishes" Elegantly Wrapped Stamp Set Card in Night of Navy (Plus a Twine-Coloring Trick)

Out of colored twine? Grab a Stampin’ Blend. We ran plain white baker's twine through the light Misty Moonlight marker, pulled it through a tissue, and ended up with a soft blue bow that matches the card exactly. Everything else is clean and classic: a Night of Navy base, a crisp white panel, an embossed Misty Moonlight strip, and a die-cut sentiment tag tilted just enough to feel relaxed. It's quick to batch and easy to mail, which makes it a handy one to have ready for gift-giving season.

Project Details & Inspiration

"Best Wishes" Elegantly Wrapped Stamp Set Card in Night of Navy (Plus a Twine-Coloring Trick)

We started with a Night of Navy Cardstock card base, a Basic White panel inside for writing, and a matching panel on the front with an even navy border. A Misty Moonlight Cardstock strip embossed with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder runs across the front, and a square of All Wrapped Up Specialty Designer Series Paper matted on Night of Navy is popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals on the left side, overlapping the strip.

The sentiment is stamped in Night of Navy ink and die cut into a tag with the Elegantly Wrapped Dies, then angled on Dimensionals so it overlaps the focal square and rests on the strip. For the bow, color white baker's twine with the light Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Blend, wipe off the excess with a tissue, and let it dry completely before tying it and adding it to the tag with a Mini Glue Dot. Finally, add three Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Sequins run in a vertical line down the right side!
