Boo to You: Halloween Card Idea with the Oh My Fright Bundle

One cat, one ghost, and a whole lot of gray. This card leans into moody Halloween vibes without losing any of the fun, thanks to a sweet "Boo to You" sentiment and a pop of Crisp Cantaloupe Bordered Ribbon. We love how the embossed swirl background adds texture without competing with the Frightfully Fun Designer Series Paper. It's a great one to send to anyone who likes their spooky season a little more cute than creepy.

Project Details & Inspiration
We started this card with a Basic Gray Cardstock base and ran a second piece through the Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder for some subtle texture before layering it onto Basic Black Cardstock. A panel of Frightfully Fun Designer Series Paper was mounted on Basic Black Cardstock and popped up with Dimensionals to add depth against the embossed background.
For the focal point, we stamped the cat and ghost from the Oh My Fright Stamp Set onto Basic White Cardstock, colored the cat with the Smokey Slate and Crisp Cantaloupe Stampin' Blends, and die cut both with the coordinating Oh My Fright Dies before adhering them with Dimensionals. The "BOO to You" sentiment was heat embossed in black onto Basic Black Cardstock and die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies, then tucked beneath a bow tied from the Crisp Cantaloupe Bordered Ribbon. We finished things off with a few Crisp Cantaloupe-colored dots from the Adhesive-Backed Bats, Ghosts, and Dots for one last playful touch.
