DIY Pop-Up Soccer Card Using the Stampin' Up! Match Day Bundle

This card is a soccer mom's dream come true! 😂 The inside of the card, really is the star here though. Creating a little pop-up with the soccer goal was the first thing on our mind when we go our hands on the Match Day Bundle. So, we made it happen and are really pleased with how it turned out!
Project Details & Inspiration
To make this card, we started with a typical Granny Apple Green card base then layered on an additional layer of Granny Apply Green Cardstock that we embossed with the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder. To add some contrast, we layered a piece of Garden Green Cardstock that has four different patterns from the A Wonderful Match Designer Series Paper. To decorate the outside of the card, we stamped the soccer ball on Basic White Cardstock and die cut a whistle from the Match Day Dies. The sentiment was stamped with VersaMark and heat set with black embossing powder.
The inside of the card has a layer of Basic White Cardstock and we made the little pop-up by forming a skinny box. Then we die cut the soccer goal out of Basic Black Cardstock, the grass from Garden Green Cardstock, and the cones from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock. We wrapped up the whole card with the coordinating Wonderful Stars Puffy Stickers.
