Oh my gosh, this is such a fun card! We saw Chris Slogar from Buckeye Inklings make this card and had to give it a try. We used the same suite of products as she did but switched up a few things here and there. You can see her version here: https://bit.ly/2SiDxkl
We used the From My Heart Suite on pages 8 and 9 from Stampin' Up!'s 2020 Mini Catalog. With Valentine's Day a few days away, you can whip this card up in no time, I promise, it's not as hard as you'd think!
