Flip-Open Scalloped Wreath Thanksgiving Card with the Thanks & Giving Stamp Set
Lift the scalloped panel and there's a matching one waiting underneath, ready for your message. The front flap of this card opens from the left, and because the Cajun Craze scalloped piece is glued only to that flap, it lines up right over the Very Vanilla writing space inside. On top, a stamped wreath colored in Darling Duckling, Cajun Craze, and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends sits on a leafy embossed panel, crossed by a gold heat-embossed sentiment banner. Lots of wow, not a lot of fuss.

Project Details & Inspiration
The card is Very Vanilla Cardstock scored at and folded, with the larger panel glued to a Cajun Craze mat so the narrow panel becomes a front flap that opens from the left. Inside, Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper is topped with a Very Vanilla scalloped rectangle cut with the Scalloped Christmas Cheer Dies for writing. A strip of the same paper goes on the front flap. For the focal panel, cut the same scalloped shape from Cajun Craze, emboss a small Very Vanilla panel with the leaf pattern from the Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing Folders, and set it inside the pierced border.
Here's the important part: put adhesive only on the back left side of the Cajun Craze scallop so it attaches to the flap and nothing else, and line it up over the inside scallop before pressing down, otherwise the card gets glued shut. The wreath is stamped in Early Espresso ink, colored with Darling Duckling, Cajun Craze, and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends, die cut with a circle from the Spotlight On Nature Dies, and popped up on Dimensionals. The sentiment is stamped in VersaMark on Cajun Craze, heat embossed in gold, fussy cut into a banner, and added across the wreath. Then added a Gold Striped Mesh Ribbon bow and three Gold Adhesive-Backed Dots finish it!
