"Friendship" Star-Shaped Flip Card with the Shining Stars Dies
Who's the friend you'd call first with big news? This one's for them. The whole card is a star: two layered Secret Sea and Basic White stars joined by a little folded hinge at the top point, so the front lifts like a flap. Underneath, "To me, you are irreplaceable" is stamped in Real Red, a sweet surprise to find when they peek inside. Up front, a plaid A Stitched Season star, a fussy-cut "friendship" sentiment, a stitched ribbon bow, and a handful of peppermints make it feel like a tiny present. Best part? It's almost all made from scraps!

Project Details & Inspiration
Die cut two large stars from Secret Sea Cardstock and two slightly smaller stars from Basic White Cardstock with the Shining Stars Dies, then layer each white star on a Secret Sea star with an even border. Pick one to be the inside and stamp "To me, you are irreplaceable" across it in Real Red ink.
To make the hinge, score across the top point of the inside star, fold it down, and burnish it with a Bone Folder. Glue the back of that folded point and set the front star on top, lining up the edges so it opens like a flap. Add a smaller A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper star to the front, then stamp "friendship" in Real Red, fussy cut it with a thin white edge, and pop it across the center on Stampin’ Dimensionals. A Real Red 1/4" Stitched Ribbon bow tucks under the left side, and five Real Red & White Adhesive-Backed Peppermints finish it off.
