"Hello" Framed Flower Card with the Poetic Petals Bundle
Sometimes all a card needs to say is hello. This one keeps the message short and lets a framed bunch of Mossy Meadow flowers do the talking. We borrowed a square frame die from Tile Garden to set off the Poetic Petals die cut, popped the whole panel up on Dimensionals, and tucked a tiny sentiment strip into the corner. Project Details & Inspiration
The card base is Crumb Cake Cardstock, layered with Brushed with Beauty Designer Series Paper on a Mossy Meadow mat. For the focal panel, we die cut a large square frame from Mossy Meadow Cardstock with the Tile Garden Dies and centered a Very Vanilla square inside it so a thin green frame shows all the way around. The flowers were die cut from Mossy Meadow Cardstock with the Poetic Petals Dies and glued down with tiny dots of liquid glue, which keeps the delicate stems flat without any adhesive peeking out.
The finished square is popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals, centered side to side and placed just above center. "Hello" is stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on a small Very Vanilla strip and added on Dimensionals at the lower right, overlapping the stem and the frame. Antique Pearls go in the center of each bloom and where the stem branches, and inside, a strip of the same Designer Series Paper runs along the bottom of the Very Vanilla panel.
