There’s something about the holidays that makes me want to tuck little surprises everywhere—on desks, in stockings, on pillowcases… honestly, nowhere is safe. And this adorable candy holder box made with the Jolly Delivery Bundle is exactly the kind of project that feeds that festive mischief. It’s tiny, it’s charming, and it holds Ghirardelli squares like it was born to do so.
This little envelope-style treat box is one of those projects that looks fancy but comes together in minutes. Plus, you can make a whole army of them with just one sheet of cardstock and a little DSP. Teacher gifts? Check. Co-worker treats? Check. Random “you survived Monday” pick-me-ups? Double check.
Project Details & Inspiration
We used Lost Lagoon Cardstock for the base because it gives off that frosty, wintery feel without screaming Christmas. The outside is stamped with those adorable little envelopes from the Jolly Delivery stamp set; it's such a cute, subtle detail that makes it look custom and polished.
For the closure, a simple circle element keeps everything tidy while still being easy to open… because nobody wants to fight their way into chocolate. That should be a crime.
Once you flip the flap open? Bam. Instant Christmas cheer. We decorated the front with a panel of North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper and added the sentiment “Sending merry tidings from the North Pole.” It’s the perfect little greeting for a project that’s literally stuffed with sweets.
Inside, two Ghirardelli squares fit perfectly. And if your recipient is anything like us, they’ll open the box and go, “Oooooh,” before immediately inhaling at least one piece.
