Project Details & Inspiration

Patchwork Panel Layered Leaf Card with the Elegant Leaves Bundle

The card base is Very Vanilla Cardstock, covered with a large piece of Autumn Opulence Designer Series Paper. For the patchwork panel, arrange six coordinating strips of the paper into a grid on a Very Vanilla mat, pressing each one flat as you go for smooth seams. Mat the panel on Blackberry Bliss and pop it onto the card with Dimensionals, placed toward the top to leave a little breathing room below.

The leaf is stamped twice on Very Vanilla Cardstock: once in Petal Pink for the back layer and once in Cajun Craze for the textured front layer. Die cut both with the Elegant Leaves Dies, plus one more from Blackberry Bliss Cardstock, and stack them for a shadowed, dimensional look. Tuck the leaf at the bottom of the patchwork panel with a Neutrals Jute bow at its base. For the sentiment, stamp in Blackberry Bliss, stamp again in VersaMark, and heat emboss with clear Basics Wow! Embossing Powder. Die cut it with the Perennial Postage Dies and add it to the lower right on Dimensionals. The inside gets a Very Vanilla panel matted on Blackberry Bliss.
