Scenic Gatefold Card with Sunset Coast Bundle

Project Details & Inspiration
Our card starts with a Melon Mambo card base, which we scored and folded to create a fun gatefold-style design with a Melon Mambo band that wraps around the front to keep it closed. We layered Night of Navy Cardstock onto the front panel, then added a piece of Scenic Coast Designer Series Paper behind a Night of Navy arch shape die-cut with the Everyday Arches Dies — that gorgeous painted sunset DSP really peeks through the arch and sets the whole mood.
The focal point comes together with the Sunset Coast Dies cut from Night of Navy Cardstock, layering the dramatic lighthouse, rocky coastline, and swooping seagull silhouettes right over the DSP so the colorful background glows behind each piece. We stamped the "...I Hope It Finds You Happy!" sentiment from the Sunset Coast Stamp Set with Night of Navy ink onto Basic White Cardstock, trimmed it into a banner strip, and popped it across the bottom of the arch with Dimensionals.
To finish everything off, we scattered a few Sunset Sparkle Sequins across the scene for a little shimmer that catches the light just like the ocean would!
