Project Details & Inspiration
We built this fun box-style card using two pieces of Basic Black Cardstock scored and folded together to create the fold-out base, then layered Beach Boardwalk Designer Series Paper across the front and side panels for that dreamy palm tree sunset backdrop. Our focal point came together by stamping the camera onto Petal Pink Cardstock and the lens details onto Basic White Cardstock, both in Basic Black Hybrid Ink, then die cutting each piece with the Capturing Smiles Dies before piecing the camera together.
We also die cut a film strip from Basic Black Cardstock and stamped and fussy cut our two sentiments, "you make the world" and "a better place," from Basic White Cardstock. Everything got popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals for extra dimension, and on the inside we stamped a simple "wishing you a lovely day" sentiment onto Basic White Cardstock in Basic Black Hybrid Ink. To finish, we scattered three Moody Palette Glossy Dots across the front to balance out the camera and film strip!
