Mini Catalog & Online Exclusives Product Share—a perfectly portioned sampler of all the best new designer series papers and ribbons in the new catalog. You’ll get to see, touch, and play with everything before deciding which ones deserve a permanent home in your stash.
This is one of our most popular offerings every year, and for good reason: no stress, no waste, just allll the fun.
What is a product share?
A product share is the crafty way to try a little bit of everything from the new Stampin’ Up! catalog—without having to buy it all yourself (or take out a second mortgage lol).
Instead of purchasing full packs of every Designer Series Paper or full spools of ribbon, we break them down into smaller portions and split them among a group of crafters. You get the variety, the inspiration, and the happy mail—without the overwhelm (or the storage crisis).
It’s budget-friendly, fun, and the best way to try new products before committing to full packs.
Think of it like splitting a cake, except instead of frosting, you get foil, velvet, and gorgeous designer series paper.

Each product share is hand-cut, sorted, and packed by us (Kayla & Nancy!) with good vibes and a label maker.

We’ll start shipping as soon as all the supplies arrive and we’ve done our magic behind the scenes.

We will begin sending out invoices one week before the catalog launches on September 3, 2025 (per Stampin' Up policy). No PayPal? No problem! You can still pay securely with a debit/credit card through the invoice. Make sure to submit your payment by 11:00 PM CT on September 2, 2025, so you’re guaranteed a spot.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my product share ship?
We begin shipping product shares once all supplies have arrived and we’ve had time to cut, sort, and package everything with love (and a little bit of caffeine). You can expect shipping to begin approximately two weeks after the product share closes. We’ll keep you updated via email!
How is everything packaged?
All papers and ribbons are carefully hand-cut and organized by collection, then packaged in clear sleeves to keep everything neat and protected. We do our best to keep your share organized, labeled, and ready for crafting the moment it arrives.
How will my product share ship?
Shipping is always provided through USPS. We do our best to provide shipping that protects your product share while also keeping costs down.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, product shares are only available to customers in the United States (per Stampin’ Up! policy). Sorry, crafty friends abroad—we’d love to send hugs, but not supplies!
Can I order just the ribbon or just the paper?
Yes! You can choose just the Ribbon Share, just the Paper Share, or grab both shares to save a little on shipping.
Can I order more than one share?
Absolutely! If you'd like to double up (maybe one to use and one to hoard—we don’t judge), just send us an email at nancyandkayla@stampingbae.com and we’ll invoice accordingly.
How will I know my order went through?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us so you know your spot is saved. We don’t collect payment right away—per Stampin’ Up! policy, we’ll send out payment instructions about one week before the catalog goes live. So be sure to keep an eye on your inbox around that time so you don’t miss your payment window!
