Hues of Happiness Birthday Card MMM
Hello sunshine! This bright Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper is gorgeous! Adding a cool ombre inked effect with the stamped sentiment really makes the colors pop on this fun fold birthday card.
For this card, we started out with a Gorgeous Grape card base. We then adhered the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper to the card base. Next, the Highland Heather Cardstock was adhered to the inside of the card to create the smaller flap. On a piece of Basic White Cardstock, we used Highland Heather, Coastal Cabana, and So Saffron ink to create a hue/ombre effect (check out the video for the technique). The sentiment was adhered to the front of the card. On the inside of the Highland Heather Cardstock, we created a pocket out of the Hues of Happiness DSP by scoring three sides of the paper. Finally, we added some Glossy Dots to the front of the card.
