Kindest Gnomes Christmas Card & Box
This Gnome-themed stamp set and designer series paper is so non-traditional for Christmas themed cards. But when you look at this card, the designs make it look like they belong together!
For this card, we started out with Balmy Blue cardstock card base. For the card base, you will score on the long side at 5-1/2" then cut at the 3" mark. This part you cut off will be used for the front of the card. We then adhered the Pacific Point cardstock and Storybooks Gnomes Designer Series Paper to the card base. For the front section, we embossed the Basic White cardstock with the Charming Landscapes Embossing Folders before adhering it to the Pacific Point and Balmy Blue cardstock. The gnome and mushroom house is die cut out of the Storybooks Gnomes Designer Series Paper using the coordinating Gnomes Dies. For the sentiment, we stamped on a scrap piece of Pacific Point cardstock with VersaMark and embossed with White Embossing Powder. We decorated the card with the Fine Sparkle Adhesive-Backed Gems.
For our box, we cut and scored the Balmy Blue cardstock following the measurements listed below. We then cut accordingly (watch video for full directions). Then, we assembled the box and adhered the Pacific Point cardstock and Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper to the box. We decorated the box with the Balmy Blue & White Double-Stitched Ribbon.
