O Christmas Tree
We are in LOVE with the product Medley from Stampin' UP's 2019 Holiday catalog called Most Wonderful Time. It is an all-inclusive kit, stamps, paper, dies, and accessories to create cards and beyond. One side of the gorgeous paper has gold foil accents for those who like a lot of shine and the other side has a more matte or muted base. Today we made a Center Panel Easel Card. Isn't this just lovely! It folds down for mailing and then it can be displayed in easel position. This is a really easy card to make and we'll show you how below.

You will need an 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece of Old Olive, scored at 4-1/4". With the 5-1/2" side at the top of your trimmer, you will cut down to the score line (4-1/4") at 1-1/2" and 4". This will creates 3 panels.
Next, you will need to adhere to a 4-1/4" x 3" Whisper White card stock piece to the inside.
Adhere the two side strips down with adhesive.
Fold the middle piece in half and use a bone folder to crease the fold. Next, you will need 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper that measures 1-1/4" x 4" and 2 pieces that measure 1-7/8" x 2-1/4". Adhere these pieces to the card base.
Next, cut out a scalloped circle in Old Olive card stock, the largest Stitched Shape Circle in DSP and in Whisper White you will need the second to the largest Stitched Shape Circle. We then stamped our tree in Old Olive ink onto Whisper White and colored it in using our Old Olive Blends, both the light and dark, then die cut this out. Next, we added a lot of dimensionals to the back of the tree, took the backing off of them and wrapped the gold tinsel around the tree and placed it on the circles. These circles were adhered to the bottom half of the folded section (be mindful to only put tape on the bottom portion of the circle). To finish it off we added some Gold Metallic Pearl's. Finally, we stamped "O Christmas Tree" and in Old Olive on Whisper White card stock. We then hand cut this out and adhered it to a Gold Foil Sheet. The last step is to adhere this saying to the card base with dimensionals. This will allow you to prop the center section of the card up.
