Positive Thoughts
In the midst of this pandemic we found this stamp set to be the perfect one when we went to create for Kylie's monthly blog hop. We are so thankful for our health and pray you all are safe and healthy. It has been awhile since we participated and we're super excited to join in again. We wanted something bright and sparkly and this turned out exactly how we wanted.
We used the Stampin' Up! set called Positive Thoughts, which can be found on page 23 in 2020 Mini Catalog. See below for more details, measurements and supplies.
We used Pacific Point, Night of Navy and Balmy Blue for our examples. They all turned out just stunning. First step, we used our embossing buddy to remove the static and any finger prints. We stamped each image in the Versamark then sprinkled white embossing powder all over the cardstock. We heat set the images by using our heat tool and attached that piece to the Whisper White cardstock by using Dimensionals. We then moved the the piece of Vellum by stamping our saying on with Versamark and sprinkled with the embossing powder. After heat setting this, we attached the vellum to the front by using a glue dot on each end so when we placed the gems on the card, we placed one right over where the glue dot was so we could hide it. Finally, we finished the card off with lots of pearls and gems!
