Scary Cute Halloween Cards
Finally able to share these adorable. We had these ready to share last week but sadly, COVID hit our household. Still in recovery mode but we were super excited to share these adorable cards with you all last night. I just love the colors, if they are not your style, change up the colors and if you do, we'd love to see them over in our Exclusive Facebook group, Exclusive Stamping Before Anything Else group.
For this first card, we started out with embossing the front of the card base with the Bricks & Motar embossing folder. Next we took the Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green and Pumpkin Pie pieces and added them to the 3-1/2"x 4-5/8" Basic Black cardstock and adhered to the front. We die cut the circle out with the Stylish Shape dies, used the second to the largest, stamped our image in Gorgeous Grape and adhered to the front. We stamped our greeting in VersaMark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Die cut some bats and adhere them and the bow to the front.
For our second card, we used the Blending Brushes to add color to the front of the Designer Series Paper. Adhere this to the front of the card base. We stamped our image in Memento Black and die cut it out using the Stylish Shape dies along with a larger Pumpkin Pie piece. Next we stamped our BOO in VersaMark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Using the dies that match the stamp set we die cut the BOO out, cut one end off and adhered over the lantern that the child is holding. We used our Dark Highland Heather Blends and colored our ribbon and adhered to the front using a glue dot.
