How to Make a Custom Die Cut using the Hearts & Hugs Bundle
How stinkin' adorable is the new Hearts & Hugs Stamp Set? This stamp set, which will launch on May 1, 2024, is filled with animals hugging each other and it's so cute! We used the two badgers for the front of this card. But what's really cool is that we made our own die cut! We used the coordinating dies and a special technique to get the double flag effect on our sentiment. Be sure to check out the video tutorial below to see how you can do this yourself!
We used the new In Color Pretty in Pink for the card base and folded along the score lines provided below. Next we adhered the Basic White Cardstock mats and then the 2024-26 In Color Designer Series Paper mats. We colored the badgers with Smokey Slate Stampin' Blends and die cut them out. We stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black - Memento Ink and die cut it out. For embellishments we tied the twine around the front of the card and added the pearls.
